BLUE CROW BUSINESS POLICIES

 

  • We respectfully request that patrons leave all large bags, purses, and backpacks secured in their vehicle.

  • All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds.

  • Due to federal regulations enacted in 2017, the Blue Crow Antique Mall – like most small and many larger businesses - now adds a 3% surcharge to all credit card sales. We will gladly accept cash, debit cards, and good checks without any surcharge. Returned checks will incur a $35 bank fee.

  • Our dealers set their prices individually and are the only ones that can authorize discounts on their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to give blanket discounts for military, seniors, and other groups. Please be assured that we have great respect for both our service members and our seniors - in fact, we're owned by a military family!      (Len served 30 years in the United States Navy, retiring in 1990 as a Lieutenant Commander.)

  • The antique business is high-turnover and items listed on our website and social media pages are often sold shortly after posting. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that items pictured in our photographs will still be available for sale when you discover them online. We encourage you to visit us in person - new items come in every day!

  • We encourage all customers to have additional help available when removing furniture and other large items from the premises. We will offer help when we can, but are not always staffed to provide assistance. The Blue Crow Antique Mall is not liable for any damages that may occur in transfer

  • All dealers wishing to execute a non-taxable sale must have a copy of a current retail license on file and submit a sales and use tax certificate of exemption.
