ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES

In an effort to maintain the character of the neighborhood, no changes may be made to the exterior of any unit without prior Board approval. This includes any additions or changes to brick or siding, roofing, fencing, gutters, shutter/door/window frame colors, backyard hardscaping, sheds, or front yard plantings.
