Throughout the year, the HOA Board recruits community volunteers to help with a variety of special projects. If you would like to help out with an upcoming project, please email the Board.

Replaced the 45-year-old front entrance sign

Cleaned and repaired the front entrance pillars

Begun re-imagining/re-landscaping the front entrance area (JCC grant)

Repaired the damaged Clubhouse foundation

Repaired the damaged Clubhouse walkway

Replaced the damaged Clubhouse roof

Repaired the damaged pool deck; replaced broken pipes and pumps to improve energy efficiency and pool cleanliness

Installed new backboards/nets on the basketball court

Replaced bulbs in HOA-owned lamp posts and contacted Dominion Power to replace bulbs in utility-owned poles

Cleaned out blocked runoff grates and placed landscape rock to facilitate drainage around A, B, and D section storm drains

Removed deadfall and damaged trees in A, B, and D sections

Completed a third annual Neighborhood Litter Cleanup

Scheduled a special Fall Cleanup for November 6th

Negotiated a new landscaping contract (effective 2022)

Strategized with property management professionals about how to complete future projects in the most efficient and effective ways possible (including repair of drainage issues, completion of a VDOT speeding mitigation plan, revitalization of the Clubhouse interior, repaving of A section, landscaping of common areas, replacement of playground equipment, installation of bike racks, benches, and more!)
