2023 Homeowner & Resident Survey Results

In January of 2023, the Jamestown 1607 Homeowners Association Board distributed a two-page survey to all homeowners and rental residents. The results of this survey were shared at the monthly HOA meeting on Thursday, February 16th. Homeowners who were unable to attend can request the results by emailing the HOA

One of the most requested changes in the homeowner survey was the re-instatement of a rental cap and the establishment of a residency requirement for new buyers. To that end, revised Governing Documents have been drawn up by our lawyer and are now out for community review/ratification. Please encourage your fellow homeowners to read these new documents and reach out to the HOA with any questions.

All homeowner questions and concerns are handled by Abbitt Management. The contact form below will submit your message to the HOA Board's inbox. To contact the property management company directly, please visit their website. You can also reach them during normal business hours by calling (757) 599-3335. 

Renters with maintenance, lease, or payment questions should contact the owner of their unit or their rental management company directly. The Association Manager does not handle renter inquiries and will be unable to address your concerns.
