Aligning with feedback received through the 2023 Homeowner Survey, the pool and clubhouse will remain

CLOSED for the duration of 2024

Please note that only residents who are in good financial standing with the Association may utilize the pool. If you are a tenant, the owner of your rental property must be in good financial standing for you to qualify for pool privileges. In order to make sure that only authorized users use the facility, the Association has adopted a pass card system. Each homeowner will have to fill out a mandatory Assumption of Risk Policy Form and a Pool Information Form in order to receive their Splash Pass. If you lease your unit, you will also need to complete the tenant’s portion of the form. Copies will be available at the clubhouse during pool operating hours.

Please review the pool rules which were updated in 2021. By using your Splash Pass and signing in to use the facility you are agreeing to abide by the rules as adopted. Please note that the Pool Management has been instructed to enforce these rules on behalf of the Association. Any questions or problems should be directed to Brooks Property Management.

Please make sure you take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the posted rules for the pool area. There will be a lifeguard/pool attendant on duty during open hours and users are expected to follow the safety instructions of that staff member. Children must be accompanied by an adult and that adult should ensure that the child only goes as deep as their swimming skills allow. Your cooperation in following the posted rules will help make 2024 another safe pool season for Jamestown 1607.

 

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL (Closed until further notice)

The Clubhouse may be rented for private functions by any owner in good financial standing and who is not otherwise in violation of the Associations rules and regulations, covenants or restrictions, provided such use does not conflict with general use by other owners and upon the terms otherwise established by the Board of Directors. Contact Evernest Property Management for rates, availability, and terms. All owners who rent the clubhouse for private functions are responsible for clean-up and rearranging of furniture after use.

Please note: If you would like to reserve the pool for a private function, a minimum of two weeks advanced notice is required so Continental Pools can secure a lifeguard for the reserved hours. Additional fees and restrictions apply. Out of consideration for all residents, the pool cannot be exclusively reserved on holiday weekends (Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, or Labor Day Weekend).  For additional details or to make a reservation, please contact Brooks Property Management at  (757) 345-5059.
