Jamestown 1607 is not a rental complex. Each townhome is individually owned. Occasionally, homeowners who have lived in the neighborhood for a number of years may choose to relocate and rent out their unit to tenants. Please note: Rental tenants are bound by all HOA Rules & Regulations and are responsible for familiarizing themselves with neighborhood policies. Tenants with maintenance concerns should contact the property owner or management company for their individual unit. The HOA does not handle any rental payments or maintenance requests.

If you are a homeowner interested in renting your unit to tenants, please contact the HOA to review the requirements and necessary paperwork prior to listing. Every lease must be on file with Brooks Real Estate Management. A $50 fee is due to the HOA with each new lease AND each lease renewal. Rental tenants are bound by all neighborhood covenants, regulations, and policies. Homeowners can be held legally and financially accountable for the infractions of their tenants. Short-term vacation rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, SabbaticalHomes, etc. are expressly forbidden.

Renters with maintenance, lease, or payment questions should contact the owner of their unit or their rental management company directly. The Association Manager does not handle renter inquiries and will be unable to address your concerns.
