Governing Documents Review Committee
The GDC is an ten-member committee of homeowners tasked with updating governing documents written nearly 50 years ago to reflect the changing needs of our community in the 21st Century. Monthly Zoom meetings are open to all homeowners and announced via email.
Architectural Review Committee
The ARC is a seven-member committee of homeowners tasked with reviewing proposals for exterior improvements to private units. Applications for ARC consideration must be submitted through Berkeley Realty using the form on the Architectural Guidelines page.
Neighborhood Beautification Committee
The NBC is a committee of homeowners tasked with improving the visual appeal of our community. Current efforts include redesigning the front entrance signage and landscaping, securing grant funding for native plantings throughout the neighborhood, repainting existing infrastructure, installing a Little Free Library, and more. If you would like to volunteer for the NBC, please email the Board.
